This Privacy Policy applies to THE APPLICATION and all services offered by Us through the Application. By accessing and using the Application, You CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, TRANSFER, STORAGE, DISCLOSURE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not avail, use, or register with the Application and MUST IMMEDIATELY EXIT THE APPLICATION.

OUR APPLICATION AND SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY SOLICIT OR COLLECT PESORNAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN. WE DO NOT TARGET OR MARKET OUR APPLICATION AND SERVICES TO CHILDREN.

1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We receive and store any information you provide in relation to our services and Application. This may include identifying information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone numbers, passwords, payment information including your payment history, billing address, your age, date of birth, gender, location information, IP address, photographs, and descriptions of your social media profiles if you are logging in using such profiles, etc. By providing your information, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Further, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your personal data within India and to locations outside of India where our service providers or partners may store or process the data in accordance with this policy.

You may visit our Application anonymously without registering with our Application, however, certain features of the Application may not be available to you without registration. We will collect your personal identifying information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You may refuse to supply personal identification, or have the right to withdraw your consent in relation to processing of your personal identification data by writing to us, except that it may prevent you from fully utilizing the Application.

A representative, non-exhaustive list of types of automatically collected information may include without limitation device name, version, location information, network or internet protocol address, type of browser you are using, type of operating system and version, mobile network, device identifier, device settings, browser settings, social media identifier, third party apps or website or service that referred users to the Application, language preference, content interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback details, duration and number of streams, network details for streaming, download quality, device metrics such as when a device is in use, connecvtivity data, performance data such as crash reports, timestamps, and debug log messages and any other similar non-identifiable information.

2. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

You understand, confirm and agree that we or our partners may use or process your information for the following purposes:

To verify your identity.
To setup and maintain your account with the Application.
To control your access to our Application and services, to identify or authenticate you for providing the services.
To communicate with you, provide you with details of account information, administrative information, changes in account settings, changes to our services or any updates pertaining to the services.
To improve or customize our products, Application, service offerings, target promotional communications, advertising, and asses general effectiveness of such promotional communications and advertising.
To send you marketing and/or promotional materials about us and our services from time to time. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing materials.
To respond to any of your inquiries, questions, and/or any other requests.
To verify your payments.

To analyse your use of the Application for improving features of the Application and customize our Application, advertisements or services offered.

Your geographical and location information may be used to analyse our target audience for advertising purposes or to manage content copyright and exploitation restriction applicable to your location and to improve/customize services offered by the Application.
The information collected through web beacons placed on your devices for various purposes including without limitation a) providing general internal and customer analytics; b) study traffic patterns; c) keep track of your preferences; d) support security measures, such as requiring re-login after certain amount of time has elapsed; e) To quickly process your login information; f) to keep track of your activities on the Application, such as pages/titles/episodes viewed, load times, watch times, content selection, watch history, transactions initiated and/or completed, search queries and platform features used; g) advertisements identifiers and data related to your interaction with advertisements on the Application; or h) capturing information related to performances of the Application such as crash logs, build analytics and other performance statistics.

We may share your personal data among our group companies with the objective of providing various services offered by us, administering and operating our business, conducting research, analyzing, and improving our services; operating ad-supported subscription plans, if any, for safety, security, fraud prevention, and to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

In order to provide our products and services to you, including offering all services of the Application, we may need to appoint or engage other organizations to carry out some of the data processing activities on our behalf. This may include without limitation conducting research and analytics, payment processing organizations, fraud prevention and screening, and mailing houses. We work with third parties, such as advertisers, publishers, social media networks, search engines, ad services companies, or advertising companies and may share your data with these companies for the purposes of selecting and serving relevant ads to you via those networks or platforms. We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant ads and to measure their effectiveness. This Privacy Policy is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of India. If any of the parties wish to seek legal recourse, they may do so by using the sole and exclusive courts in Mumbai.
